Enquiries / No obligation
Tell us about the space.
We reply to every genuine enquiry, usually within two working days. A short note about the site, the budget and the timescale is enough to begin. There is no obligation in a first conversation, and we will say plainly if we are not the right studio for the job.
What happens next
Three steps, no pressure.
-
01
You write
A few lines about the site, what you hope to do and roughly when. Mara reads every message herself.
-
02
We reply
Within about two working days, with an honest sense of whether we suit the project and what a first conversation would cover.
-
03
We talk
A first call by video, with no obligation on either side. If it is a fit, we set out how we would begin.
Get in touch
A short note is enough.
The more we know at the start, the more useful our first reply will be. There is no need for drawings or a finished brief; a clear sense of the place and your hopes for it is the right beginning.
- Where the site is, and roughly its size
- What you would like to do, in plain words
- A budget range, even a broad one
- When you hope to start or finish
The best projects begin as a quiet conversation about a place, long before anything is drawn.

Before you write
A couple of common questions.
Do I need drawings or a brief first?
No. A clear sense of the place and what you hope for it is enough. We would rather help shape the brief than receive a finished one.
Are you taking on new work right now?
We keep a small book, so it depends on timing. Write anyway; if we cannot start soon we will say so honestly and tell you when we could.
Will you travel to my site?
Yes, when it matters. We are remote-first but we visit every site, ideally in more than one season, before a line is committed.
